I found what I needed quickly, and the checkout process was simple. I’m usually a bit cautious when ordering online, especially with payment details, but the site felt straightforward and safe to use.

My Smiggle backpack zip broke after a few months, and I wasn’t sure if they’d do anything about it. I sent over an email with my receipt and a couple of photos, and they replied quickly, which was a nice surprise.
They checked it under warranty and offered me a replacement without making it a whole thing. No endless back and forth, no dramaaa. The new bag turned up not long after, and I was reaaally happy with how easy it all was.

I got this backpack as a birthday gift for my niece, and I wasn’t sure if she’d be that excited about it, but she absolutely loved it. She put it on right away and kept showing everyone, which was so cute. Definitely a great little gift idea for kids.

I picked up a few school bits from Smiggle, including a pencil case, drink bottle and bag, and I kind of wish I hadn’t wasted money on cheaper stuff before. These feel really sturdy and well made, not flimsy at all.

My kid has been using them every day for a few weeks and they still look almost new. The colours are really bright too, which they’re obsessed with. Overall I’m really happy with everything, just slightly annoyed I didn’t go for Smiggle in the first place.

I’d say the prices are okay if you catch a sale. The discounts can be really good, but at full price it feels a bit too high tbh. I usually wait and grab stuff when it’s marked down becuase otherwise it’s hard to justify.

I bought my daughter a Smiggle backpack and drink bottle last year, and after seeing how they’ve handled everyday school use, I’m impressed. Even so, the zips, straps, and design still look good, and the bottle only has a few scratches. Based on how much use they’ve had, I’d say they’ve lasted really well.

Nothing was missing, nothing was swapped for the wrong design, and the sizes were right too. I was a little nervous because she had picked out very specific things, kids do not forget these details, trust me — but it all came just as expected.

It was packed fine and was easy to check through when it arrived. Overall, I’m happy with the order and would definitely buy from them again

My daughter’s bottle and pencil case turned up clean, with no dents or squashed corners, which was a relief. I’m always a bit wary of having to deal with customer service if something arrives damaged, so it was nice not to need them at all this time.

But the steps were really straightforward, and I just followed the instructions. The refund came through faster than I expected too, which was a relief because I hate waiting around for that kind of thing. Hassle-free overall, and I’d shop here again...

There are heaps of colours and designs to pick from, and my kids always manage to find something they really like. Personally, I think it’s a great choice if you want plenty of options without making a big fuss

I do like the products, they’re really cute and all that, but the postage kind of makes it feel less worth it. Like I was happy picking stuff out, then the shipping cost showed up and I was like, oh... okay then.

My kid is obsessed with Smiggle because everything is so bright and cute, and I get the appeal. Some of the designs are adorable, well, actually, a few are a bit too loud and busy for me. Still, they’re fun and colourful, just not always something I’d pick myself.

I reached out about something and it took longer than I expected to get a reply. Not a huge deal, but the response was slow.

I was just grabbing a few school bits and somehow that always turns into checking loads of colours, but most of the ones I wanted were still in stock. Ordering was easy enough, and I didn’t have to keep swapping things out of my cart, which makes it feel like the whole shop is better. Happy with it.

I bought a lunchbox and drink bottle from smiggle.com.au for my daughter, i’m just relieved they actually do what they’re supposed to. After dealing with lunchboxes that randomly pop open and bottles that leak all through the school bag, I was over it.
The lunchbox clips shut easily, stays closed in her bag, and the little sections are really useful for snacks. The bottle hasn’t leaked so far either, which is basically the whole point and apparently harder to find than it should be.

Delivery was fine, and the colours looked like the photos, though they’re definitely very bright in real life. My daughter loves them though, so I can’t complain too much. I’d buy them again, mostly because it’s nice not having to clean juice out of a backpack for once.

I thought this bag might be too small, and I was already feeling kind of trapped trying to figure out how I’d fit everything in. But it surprised me — it’s actually really roomy and fits heaps more than I thought it would.

The cart updated properly, payment went through quickly, and the order confirmation email came through almost straight away. I don’t remember hitting any annoying extra steps, so overall it was a easy experience.

Popped into my local Smiggle with my daughter and the staff were so lovely. She was trying to choose a lunchbox, which of course turned into a whole big decision, and they were really friendly and patient while helping her pick one out. Just a really nice, easy shopping experience...
